100 Word Challenge.... ( In my case 110)

I was listening to some music, headphones in my ears, furry blanket wrapped around me, when a vehicle

pulled up in our driveway with a screech! I Climbed off the top bunk and went to go look through the

peephole in our door, to see who it was.


Slowly, I opened the door.

“Clarie! Hop in!”, a voice said that sounded exactly like my fathers.

The person owned a very fancy vehicle, just like my father’s as well.

I went outside then…

Wait. Back up.

I had a thought.


He rolled down the window and I saw that it was him.

Then who was in the room?

100 word challange (this time actually 100)

The gloominess of the outside world was the only thing that kept me from inside my room. The wind was howling, the moon was full, and it was high, shining above, glistening its light everywhere. The doorbell rang. I ran to answer the door, but when I opened the door, a package with my name on it greeted me. “Allen. You can’t open that. Not yet”, Mum said. I just really wanted to see what was inside. But because of intelligence, my best bet was to wait and obey her. And that’s what I did. Because I’m a good boy.

Aphorisms- Often a pain to come up with one, but when acomplished, may change somones life...

  Hmmmmmm.  So what will I write on this page? Aphorisms. A great thing, but often annoying to come up with one. Mr. Advik explained to us that it was a pithy or witty saying and like a word of wisdom wrapped around in 20 words or less. S tatements that present a moral or philosophical idea. Statements that are present in common phrases as well as in well-known literature. Statements, that were often something like this: He who laughs last laughs longest, but he who farts loudest gets the room to himself. An instant A+ from that. All thanks to my friend: Posted.
